Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adventurous BD purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our own policy below.
60-Day Returns Window
You may return most new, unused items purchased directly from Adventurous BD within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at sales@adventurousbd.com.au or call 1300 66 22 38 to initiate your return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorisation number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase and Return Authorisation number.
- Ship the item to: Adventurous BD, PO Box 287, Waterford Q 4133.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is faulty or damaged, please refer to our Limited Warranty which covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers
